Service fees may apply to payment processing. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete your transaction. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of our services. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to process the payment on your behalf and forward it to your designated utility provider. If you believe there has been an error in a transaction, you must contact us within 60 days of the transaction date at (833) 611-5308 or info@greenenergygashub.com. We will investigate all reported errors and work to resolve them promptly. However, we are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you or issues arising from your utility provider's systems or policies.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification and approval. If a payment was made in error or if there was a processing error on our part, we will work with you and your utility provider to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original transaction. Processing fees may not be refundable. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
Energy Billing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for actions or policies of utility providers, including late fees, service disconnections, or other consequences resulting from your utility provider's handling of payments.
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We are not liable for any interruption of service, whether planned or unplanned.
We are an independent payment processor and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the utility providers listed on our website. We have authorization to process payments on behalf of customers to various utility companies. Your relationship with your utility provider is separate from your relationship with Energy Billing.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal and financial information.
All content on the Energy Billing website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Energy Billing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
