You are responsible for ensuring payments are submitted with adequate time before due dates.

Fee structures may vary based on payment method, utility provider, and payment amount. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

By submitting a payment, you authorize us to process the payment on your behalf and forward it to your designated utility provider. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and to make payments for the specified utility account. You agree that once a payment is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, though disputes may be handled according to the dispute resolution section below.

We will investigate all reported errors and work to resolve them promptly. However, we are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you or issues arising from your utility provider's systems or policies.

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original transaction. Processing fees may not be refundable. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for actions or policies of utility providers, including late fees, service disconnections, or other consequences resulting from your utility provider's handling of payments.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We are not liable for any interruption of service, whether planned or unplanned.

We are an independent payment processor and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the utility providers listed on our website. We have authorization to process payments on behalf of customers to various utility companies. Your relationship with your utility provider is separate from your relationship with Energy Billing.
